Job Duties:
- Ensure materials and supplies are available to execute daily plans.
- Assign and execute daily and weekly work schedules.
- Reinforce adherence to standards (QCPs, policies, procedures) through coaching and routine follow-up.
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipment paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and monitor inventory levels to anticipate ordering needs.
- Help determine the correct method and mode of shipment to meet customer/supplier requirements.
- Drive safe, high-quality, cost-efficient performance across the area.
- Lead by example—mentor, coach, and develop assigned staff.
- Complete corrective actions that improve the area’s performance.
- Communicate expectations and performance feedback to employees daily.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Provide accurate, timely performance feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Working knowledge of travelers, certificates of conformance, and traceability protocols (including shipping requirements noted in travelers for ITAR parts).
- ITAR proficiency: U.S. Munitions List controls, proper handling, and shipping under export licenses/exemptions, including shipment tracking.
- EAR proficiency: Commerce Control List controls, proper handling, and shipping under export licenses/exceptions, including shipment tracking.
- Skilled in preparing compliant shipping documentation (including Commercial Invoices) in accordance with Foreign Trade Regulations.
- Experience with U.S. Customs & Border Protection ACE portal and filing AES entries.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms.
- Knowledge of ITAR exemption import requirements.
- Experience retrieving and reviewing Customs Form 7501.
- Experience exporting temporary imports under bond and temporary imports under HTS 9801.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
