Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to both external and internal customers, working with a cross-functional leadership team (Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality and CI). This role will support all planning activities, from scheduling production to shipping.

Job Duties:

• Handle contract management and purchase order review of customer accounts.
• Provide price quotations for customers.
• Coordinate customer site visits.
• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and order status reports.
• Provide support with the demand forecast.
• Work with the Plant Manager to ensure that capacity is aligned with projected demand.
• Communicate contract obligations to production and leadership team.
• Work with Finance to ensure that variances to the division's financial plan are identified and discussed throughout the SIOP process.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance or supply chain preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, dealing directly with customers via phone/email.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large spreadsheets and amounts of data quickly.
• Previous experience in planning and forecasting preferred.
• Planning or CI certification(s) a plus.
