Job Duties
- Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts
- Execute wire transfers, ACH payments and intercompany funding
- Short-term investments and borrowings.
- Cashflow Forecasting Process
- Provide support to Senior Management with 13-Week Cash Flow Report
- Work with other departments to refine forecasting models
- Banking Relationships
- Serve as liaison with financial institutions
- Open and close bank accounts; manage banking documentation
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Treasury Operations
- Support daily treasury transactions and ensure proper settlement
- Maintain treasury systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes
- Debt Management
- Track and report on company debt and compliance with loan covenants.
- Assist in execution of debt issuances or renewals
- Letters of Credit
- Managing the issuance/Amendments/Closures of L/Cs
- Maintain database for all Letters of Credit
- Monitor banking fees and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting preferred)
- 1-2 years of Treasury, Finance or related experience
- Banking experience, either direct or through private industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with financial systems/software a plus (i.e.: Trovata, BOA and BNY banking) platforms)
- Must have a continuous improvement mindset
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
