Internships at Chromalloy
Our internship programs offer students and recent graduates a chance to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, high-impact setting. Interns at Chromalloy are immersed in hands-on projects, mentored by experienced professionals, and encouraged to contribute fresh ideas that drive innovation. Internship Details: The program will be a paid internship The program is planned to be a 6-month internship. Must be able to attend the entirety of the internship.
Program Requirements: The program will be a paid internship Must attend entirety of internship from the indicated start and end date noted above Minimum 3.2 GPA. Must have completed a minimum of 3 years at an accredited university. Must be able to work full-time hours at least 3 days/week.
Daily Standard Work
Chromalloy participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Any offer of employment will also be conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with company policy and applicable federal and state regulations.

- Repurpose “dusty” training room, work w/ SLT
- Re-Establish Red Tag Process

- Establish Efficiency KPI

- Standardise / Implement Efficiency Tracker / Report by resource group
- Braze Rework Surface Prep Tooling
- Support analysis of parts that can be impacted w/ training team
- Validate tooling diameters and sizes
- Create Kanban for consumables
- Update AutoCAD / Visio files:
- Facility changes per LLW
- Manual Value Stream Maps
- Flex Pipe Requests
- Create designs and work w/ resources to build
