Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Support classroom routines, transitions, and supervision
- Help implement daily activities and learning experiences
- Follow licensing guidelines and center policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Must be flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children
- Must meet all Georgia state licensing requirements, including background checks and health screenings
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
