About The Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our best-in-class guest experience. You’ll take full ownership of the store—from managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.

Budgeted range starts at: $60,000-$68,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

- Keep our store looking sharp and on-brand with flawless merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Take charge of inventory control and consistently hit or exceed inventory targets
- Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge to lead with confidence and credibility
- Provide meaningful performance feedback and coaching to elevate your team regularly
- Foster a culture that emphasizes safety for both employees and customers

- A high school diploma or equivalent education—your foundation for success
- At least 4 years of hands-on retail experience—you know how to create standout customer moments
- 3 years leading teams—you’re a proven motivator with strong leadership instincts
- A passion for the snow sports industry, you speak the language of winter adventure
- Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, and Outlook are second nature
- Top-notch communicator—clear, confident, and effective in both written and spoken English
- A self-starter with strong multitasking skills, you stay cool, organized, and driven under pressure
- Experienced (or quick to learn) with retail POS systems, you keep transactions smooth and efficient
- Physically ready to be on your feet—able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
