Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a US-based distributor of professional AV and audio products.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse, inventory, facilities and logistics operations across multiple US locations, with a particular focus on NY, PA and CA facilities.
Our client is looking for someone who can do more than manage existing operations. They need a proactive leader who can introduce structure, improve processes and help develop digital operational systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse, facilities and logistics operations across multiple sites.
- Improve inventory management, stock control and operational visibility.
- Develop and implement consistent warehouse procedures across locations.
- Lead initiatives to introduce digital warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Manage receiving, storage, dispatch and transportation activities.
- Supervise and support warehouse teams, driving operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve performance and reduce costs.
