Summary:
Receives visitors and determines nature of business and directs person to desired location. Answers calls to receive incoming messages and gives general information. May perform routine clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- General clerical office duties for the department
- Fax and copy documents
- Receive and take messages
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail
- Assists with ordering and stocking supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Entry level - Previous health care related office experience preferred
