We are a boutique wealth management firm in Carmel Valley serving high-net-worth families, and we are looking for someone to join our Client Services Team. We were named #1 Best Place to Work (small business) by the San Diego Business Journal in 2024.


This is a fully in-person role at our Carmel Valley office. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$80,000 base, plus discretionary bonuses, employer 401(k) contributions, Success Sharing, and health insurance.


What This Team Does

The Client Services Team is the administrative and operational hub of the firm. On any given day, you might be:

  • Onboarding clients and processing service requests. Preparing, tracking, and following through on account applications, asset transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Moving money. Executing wires, ACH transfers, Transfer of Assets, and journals with precision and timeliness.
  • Serving as a trusted point of contact. Fielding client questions on administrative matters and building relationships along the way.
  • Coordinating with custodians and vendors. Interfacing directly to resolve issues and make sure client needs are met.
  • Maintaining our CRM. Keeping client data accurate, complete, and accessible for the whole team.

Someone who is comfortable with technology, picks up new tools quickly, and doesn't shy away from how we're evolving the way we work. Someone who sees a gap and closes it even when no one is looking.


Some additional details

  • The Series 65 license will be required. We'll build a plan together to get you there (if you don’t already have it).
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Our hiring process includes a background and credit check.
