What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian Maintenance position at Christopher Trainor and Associates?
Oakland County, Waterford area is seeking a Maintenance/Custodian person to join our team. Perfect opportunity for a recent retiree and/or someone just looking to get out of the house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings as well as minor repairs, and scheduling/coordinating subcontractors as needed i.e., for snow removal, lawn maintenance, HVAC maintenance, and plumbing maintenance, etc. The ideal candidate can work for approximately 16-40 hours a week. No experience required, we will train. Excellent pay for the right person.
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting;
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in office building;
- Support facilities maintenance by identifying and reporting maintenance issues and
scheduling and coordinating subcontractors to come in as needed.
- Minor repairs
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
