Duties

• Diagnose and repair various commercial retail equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, Meat saws, meat grinders, and more. Using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Install new appliances and ensure all systems are set up correctly according to manufacturer specifications
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Conduct on-site inspections, testing electrical connections, components, and mechanical parts
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, provide maintenance advice, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs for all completed work
• Supply deliveries
• Warehouse shipping and receiving
• Cleaning and safety of warehouse

Qualifications

• We will be happy to train the correct candidate with hands on training
• Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair or equipment maintenance preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Hands-on experience electrical wiring, and appliance assembly
• Previous field service experience working with commercial cooking or meat department equipment preferred
• Valid driver's license with delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform equipment repairs efficiently
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, and mechanical repairs
