Now hiring a Part-time RN Nurse Supervisor to oversee and support our team of caregivers.

This position will work 10-15 hours per week.

Salary: $34/hour plus the opportunity to engage in marketing activities and earn commission for bringing in new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor care delivery for quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
