Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system
- Provide menu recommendations, upsell specials, and promote signature dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist with food handling, kitchen coordination, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are essential
