What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Christmas Light Installer position at Christmas Light Pros?
Christmas Light Pros is hiring installation team members for our 2026 holiday lighting season. We create custom displays for homes, businesses, and HOAs throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and the Phoenix metro area.
We can teach our installation methods. We are looking for people who bring reliability, respect, humility, and a willingness to learn. Experience is welcome, and training is provided for people who are new to holiday lighting.
You will work outdoors, learn practical installation skills, and help build displays that clients look forward to each year. The quality of the finished work and the way we treat people both matter.

- Engaged: Stay focused on your assignment, help teammates, and ask what needs doing when your work is complete.
- Careful: Pay attention to straight rooflines, consistent tree wraps, clean cord placement, and customer property.
- Safety-minded: Follow training, raise safety concerns, and ask for help when a task is beyond your training.

- Install or assist with roofline lighting, tree and palm wraps, shrubs, wreaths, and other decorations.
- Load and unload equipment and keep trucks and job areas organized.
