Summary: Responsible for distribution and storage of materials delivered to the OR Inventory. Assemblies OR Case carts per physician preference lists, replenishes crash carts and intubation boxes, and manages the stock for common sets.
Education: In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education, good math skills and some knowledge of computers is helpful.
Experience: One year in a similar environment w/ three months on the job training (or)
9 to 12 months on the job training to be proficient. An understanding of the use/purpose of medical supplies and equipment is highly desirable. Excellent communications skills are required.
