Summary: The Medical Practice Clinical Manager is a key role on the Physician Integration team. This role plans, coordinates and oversees the training and development of the medical practice clinical staff. Responsibilities include, establishing policies and procedures to ensure high quality patient care is given. Partners with the leadership team in monitoring patient volume addressing impediments and identifying areas of improvement. Provides in-service to staff ensuring skills are up to date. Evaluates need for point of service testing and partners with the leadership team to implement testing based on practice needs and economic impact. Travels to various sites as needed supporting multiple locations. Functions as an essential part of organizational initiatives PCMH, TCPI, CTC and others as needed. Participates in the Provider Advisory Group as needed.
Education: BSN required; RI RN License required.
Experience: Two to Four years of relevant work experience and/or as a lead/supervisor in a medical/physician's office required.
