Christine Meyer, MD & Associates (CMMD) is hiring a compassionate, high-performing Nurse Practitoner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. We are a nationally recognized, physician-led practice transforming primary care through innovative, patient-centered, and value-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients with chronic diseases
- Perform routine wellness exams
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic EMR
Position Details:
- Type: Part-time/Per-Diem
- Hours Available: Various daytime and evening hours available
- Weekend Shifts (Optional): Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm
Support Team:
- A dedicated and certified medical assistant
- Full front desk support
- Patient Care Coordinator
- Dedicated Care-Teams to facilitate continuity and collaboration
