Cleaning Manager

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
• Manage and train cleaning staff, providing clear guidance on tasks, safety protocols, and quality expectations to foster a productive team environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to assess cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and address any deficiencies promptly.
• lead by example with hands on cleaning.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment to support continuous operations.
• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in industrial cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and janitorial operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage schedules, and foster teamwork effectively.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
• Exceptional managerial communication skills to provide clear instructions, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
