We are seeking a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience across marketing, social media, events, retail sales, e-commerce, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for fashion, marketing, and entrepreneurship
Marketing Support
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Capture photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels
- Support influencer, LTK, and brand ambassador initiatives
- Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Support website updates and product launches
- Research marketing trends, influencers, and partnership opportunities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store
- Assist customers with styling and product recommendations
- Support store sales goals and customer engagement initiatives
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
Events & Brand Activations
- Support trunk shows, pop-ups, and special events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and customer engagement
- Represent the Christina Greene brand at community and partnership events
What We're Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Interest in marketing, social media, fashion, retail, communications, or public relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or content creation is a plus
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Marketing Team and works closely with the Client Experience & Sales Manager, Brand Operations & Partnerships Manager, and Founder & CEO.
