Christina & Company Education Center is looking for a licensed Cosmetology Instructor to join our education team!
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable beauty professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping the next generation of cosmetologists build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the industry.
Qualifications:
💇♀️ Must hold a current Indiana Cosmetology License
📚 Must hold a current Indiana Cosmetology Instructor License or willing to obtain one through our program.
✨ Strong knowledge of cosmetology theory and practical applications
❤️ Passion for educating and mentoring students
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic
Responsibilities include:
• Providing classroom and hands-on instruction to cosmetology students
• Demonstrating proper techniques and professional salon practices
• Supervising students during practical services
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Teaching proper sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Preparing students for the Indiana state licensing examination
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
• Helping students develop the technical and professional skills necessary for a successful career in the beauty industry
