Montgomery County Public Schools in Virginia, is now accepting applications for a Registrar Aide position (10 month contract) that is available at Christiansburg High School.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist parents, community members, staff and students
• Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages; send and receive faxes
• Assist with sorting  mail and filing records
• Enter data into the data management system
• Perform related job duties as required to assist in the running of the school counseling office

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Functional knowledge of commonly used office equipment and work-flow technologies
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, work with interruptions, and work under pressure
• Ability to be dependable and punctual

FLSA: Non-exempt

SALARY:   $20,272.00 - $35,904.09 annually, with benefits; commensurate with experience (current salary scale may change due to 2025-2026 budget considerations)
