Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community, working closely with families, doctors, and other healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans that align with available resources.
- Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
