ChristianaCare is hiring for an Advanced Practice Clinician (Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work in our School Based Health Center at Richardson Park Elementary in Wilmington, DE. This position is available following summer break. This is a 40 hour per week position working 42 weeks per year.
The selected candidate provides physical examinations, health screenings, treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, immunizations, reproductive health, and health education to adolescent students and works closely with the school nurse to treat students and keep them in school. The APC works with a multidisciplinary staff at the center to address critical issues that children face guiding them towards productive and healthy lives and in doing so improving the health of our communities. Requirements:
· Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Delaware
· FNP or PNP license required
· BLS required
Annual Compensation Range $112,765.00 - $147,511.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
