What are the responsibilities and job description for the Perioperative Team, NP/PA position at ChristianaCare?
ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to work on our Perioperative team at the Newark campus and Wilmington campus as needed. The selected candidate will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and the interprofessional team in the care of perioperative surgical patients. The candidate will also facilitate medical optimization for inpatients as well as support departmental, service line, and organizational goals. This position is a Monday through Friday, day shift position.

Requirements:
Master's Degree as an Acute Care APRN or graduate from an ARC-PA Accredited program
License or license eligible for NP or PA in the state of Delaware.
Acute Care NP Board Certification required.
The candidate must have or be eligible to obtain prescriptive authority. (DEA/CSR)
BLS/ACLS required
3-5 years of related perioperative, critical care, acute are experience preferred.
Annual Compensation Range $119,583.00 - $153,472.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
