Position Details:
- Location: Wilmington Campus

Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
Flexibility for off-hours as needed

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of Environmental Services staff to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive hospital environment
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance
- Manage schedules, assignments, and daily operations
- Promote a culture of pride, service, and excellence
- Collaborate with hospital departments and participate in committees
- Support quality assurance and accreditation efforts
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or college degree a plus)
- 2–5 years of experience in environmental services required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards
- Knowledge of safety protocols and hospital procedures
Physical & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and pull objects up to 40 lbs
- Exposure to hospital environments with appropriate safety precautions
