What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Transitional Surgical Unit - Day/Midnights position at Christiana Care Health System?
The Transitional Surgical Unit is a 18 bed Transitional Surgical Unit. We have a cohesive Nursing Team who serves patients with a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurses on this unit work with neurosurgical, general surgical and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

Requirements:
* BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
* Must have minimum 1-2 years stepdown
* Critical Care experience strongly preferred
* BLS required; ACLS preferred
Hours: This is a Day/Midnight rotating schedule of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Weekend and Holiday schedule is per departmental & organizational practices.
