The Express Admissions Nursing Unit located in the Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, have excellent communication skills and adaptability to adapt to changing patient situations. Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years from date of hire. Registered Nurse with 1 years of experience in acute care required, with a minimum of 2 years strongly preferred. BLS required. Hours: This position is a 72 hour per pay, day/evening position of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Weekends and holidays are required per hospital practice. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
