ChristianaCare is looking for a BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our fabulous team. Our mission is twofold: to provide exceptional care for children, and to provide an exceptional work environment for our faculty and staff. We welcome part-time or full-time interest! 14-bed unit built in 2022 and located within a large, community nonprofit system. Combined PEM and General Pediatricians in EM (“GPEM”) model. Dedicated swing/nocturnists thus minimal overnight coverage. Resident education: EM, Med-Peds, EM/IM, EM/FM, FM. Academic affiliation with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Robust Behavioral Health (BH) support: embedded BH Social Worker; on site crisis evaluation and Pediatric Psychiatry teams; admissions covered by Pediatric Hospitalist team. All imaging modalities, including POCUS. In-house and external sub-specialty consults readily available. EMR (Cerner, transition to EPIC 2026). The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
