What You’ll Do
As an entry-level engineer, you'll be our "eyes and ears" on-site and in the lab. You’ll gain hands-on experience by:
- Coordinating with superintendents and foremen to keep projects moving.
- Performing critical observations and sampling of soil, asphalt, and concrete.
- Assisting with geotechnical investigations and conducting specialized laboratory testing.
- Turning field data into professional reports that guide Southern California’s biggest developers and architects.
What You Bring to the Team
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- You’re not a PE yet but have the drive to become one. (We’ll help you get there!)
- Proficiency with MS Office; bonus points for AutoCAD or Bluebeam skills.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Sharp written and verbal skills with a knack for maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll be heading to sites across San Diego and beyond).
