Christian & Small LLP has a career opportunity for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our Mobile, AL team! This position will be responsible for supporting attorneys in the various aspects of litigation related to case preparation, management and execution.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Mobile, AL. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, perform legal research, draft legal documents, organize case files, and manage trial preparation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communication among parties, filing court documents, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedures. The role also involves maintaining client files and providing administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in case preparation, document review, and legal research
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents and organizing case files
- Experience in trial preparation, including coordinating evidence and assisting during trial
- Knowledge of court procedures, rules, and filing practices
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal technology, document management systems, and standard office software
- Paralegal certification or equivalent relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
