We are currently seeking a licensed, experienced insurance producer who can generate business, close consistently, and maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and close Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies
- Work inbound leads and develop your own pipeline
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts
- Maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Provide excellent customer service to drive retention
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
- 2 years of insurance sales experience (Required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in-office, full-time
