Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care and patient assessments in the home
- Assist with ADLs and monitor client conditions
- Document care and report changes promptly
- Coordinate with caregivers to ensure proper care plans are followed
- Communicate with clients, families, and management
Requirements:
- Retired Nurse or active LPN license (preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
- Home care experience is a plus
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
