What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver (Overnights) position at Christian Servants Home Care?
Looking for reliable, caring, compassionate caregivers to join our team! This position is an overnight position helping an individual with various needs when they wake in the night. Looking for someone available to work full Time from 10:45pm until 5:45am. Position includes every other weekend.
Job tasks include helping the individual with transfers and toileting in the middle of the night as well as companionship.
Requirements:
- Must be compassionate and highly reliable.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must complete a caregiver background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for the individual's privacy
