Youth Respite Provider

Christian Servants Home Care is a non-medical provider agency that provides a variety of services to individuals with varying abilities. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Youth Respite Providers!

CSHC offers flexible part-time positions ranging from 5-25 hours a week.

We are seeking providers to work weekday afternoons, evenings, or sporadic weekend time.

Opportunities available in the following counties in WI: Barron, Burnett, Polk, and Washburn.

Within this role, you may be responsible for providing one on one support and care to a youth; creating a safe and engaging environment. A provider may also be responsible to provide age-appropriate activities, light meal preparation, and community type outings / transportation (if applicable).

An Ideal Candidate May Portray the Following Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably in a youth or with persons with disabilities setting.
• Willingness to work weekday evenings and sporadic weekends (if applicable).
• Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.
• If providing transportation, must have valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
