We're opening Christian's Wine Bar & Restaurant on the Sunset Strip and looking for experienced, passionate servers to join our team. This is a wine-forward, full-service concept where hospitality is everything.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using Toast POS system ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle food preparation requests, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards diligently
- Manage cash handling & cc transactions
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining a clean dining environment to uphold sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience
Qualifications
- Proven 2 years of experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS system, and OpenTable for reservations management
- Strong wine & liquor knowledge or a genuine desire to learn
- Excellent customer service & communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced upscale environment with a team-first attitude
