House Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of sanitation and presentation.

Duties
As a House Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Managing laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Providing floor care services including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surfaces.
• Ensuring that kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized effectively.
• Offering excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Demonstrating knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning products.
• Maintaining an organized supply inventory and reporting any needed supplies or equipment repairs.
• Adhering to safety protocols while performing janitorial tasks.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles, with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types.
• Background in housekeeping management or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus.
