Compensation
This is a flat-rate position with additional production-based increases for technicians who exceed 40 flagged hours per week.
$100,000 annual earning potential for technicians who can consistently turn strong hours. Productive A-Level technicians have the opportunity to earn six figures under our flat-rate and production incentive structure.
Base Flat Rate: Based on experience and skill level.
Weekly Production Bump:
- 40–44.9 flagged hours: Base flat rate
- 45–49.9 flagged hours: Base rate $2.50/hr
- 50–54.9 flagged hours: Base rate $5.00/hr
- 55–59.9 flagged hours: Base rate $7.50/hr
- 60 flagged hours: Base rate $10.00/hr
The production bump increases by $2.50 per flagged hour for every additional 5 flagged hours produced above 40.
Example: A technician with a $35/hr base flat rate who flags 50 hours would earn a $40/hr flat rate for that production level.
Labor-Intensive Jobs: We understand that book time does not always reflect the real-world difficulty of a repair. Jobs that are especially labor intensive receive a 25% increase to the labor time, giving technicians additional flagged time for more difficult repairs.
