Our Cleaning Services Site Supervisor will represent Christian Recovery Centers to the public, clients, and vendors. Our clients judge us based upon appearance, presence, knowledge, professionalism, and ultimately performance. The position will be responsible for Field management of Cleaning sites and Personnel in the greater Brunswick County, NC area. The position will be responsible for the management and development of Cleaning staff, conducting site visits to ensure quality control.
The position will ensure that Service Level Agreements are met; communicate as necessary with the client and manage special requests to a successful conclusion. A unique aspect of this role is that we employ those members of our society that are in active recovery from substance use. As such, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety, security and guidance procedures for all residents on the job and will actively communicate with program management (resident management) staff members regarding any problems with residents. If required, log observation notes for incidents that occur on site.
With a strong background and thorough understanding of cleaning techniques and processes, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Basic Requirements and Duties:
- Experience with leading cleaning & sanitation of churches, unoccupied dwellings, offices, retail, and restaurants.
- Individual must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; candidate must possess good organizational skills
- Must have experience with developing and managing cleaning staff, conducting site visits to ensure quality control.
- Must be capable of producing progress and inspection reports. Evaluate the results of the overall operations of all facilities on a regular, systematic basis and report these results to your supervisor.
- Excellent knowledge of Cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumable goods
- Must be able to study job specifications to determine appropriate methods to employ
- Training of residents and staff to ensure that cleaning and sanitation operations are enacted across the board.
- Assists residents in discovering interests in the service industry and desires to accomplish their goals. Ensures that the responsibility and accountability of all residents are defined and understood.
- Actively promote environments for residents to openly receive Christ.
- Arrange the preventative and reparative maintenance of vehicles and equipment used by the Company; use provided tracking forms to log when maintenance is needed.
- Work with the Cleaning Supervisor to plan, organize, and coordinate tasks for successful operations and client services
- Manage materials and log when additional materials are needed
- Collaborate with program staff and supervisor to ensure residents are meeting learning objectives

Desired Experience:
2 years leading and managing a cleaning or housekeeping operation
