Job Title: Childcare Provider
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. The full time positions are from 9:15 am ato 5:15 pm. We are also looking for morning help from 6:45 am to 9:45 am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which children can thrive and develop. As a Childcare Provider, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the children under your care.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children in a compassionate and responsible manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate intellectual and social growth
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Monitor children's behavior and respond appropriately to their needs
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible care for their children
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and basic hygiene routines
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Skills:
- Knowledge of Childhood Development principles
- Ability to manage behavior effectively
- Proficiency in Classroom Management techniques
- Understanding of Special Education needs
- Capability to educate and engage children in learning activities
- Competence in Toddler Care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
