What are the responsibilities and job description for the Living Skills Advisor position at Christian Opportunity Center?

Direct Support Professionals are responsible to supervise and provide interactive training for people with disabilities in home settings. They aid people with disabilities in completing household chores, participating in group or relaxing activities and with personal grooming/hygiene. Must have excellent documentation and communication skills.

HCBS (Intermediate Care Facility)

  • PT and FT positions available!
  • 8-12 hour shifts - ranging from $17-$20.50/hr.
  • Substitutes (flexible schedules) $18.71/hr.

HCBS (Home and Community Based Services)

  • 1 FT position available. 12 hour shifts 9p-9a. $14.50/hr OT.
  • 1 FT position available. 12 hour shifts 7a-7p. $14.50/hr OT.
  • 1 PT position available 12-16 hrs.wk. 4 hr hour shifts 7p-11p. $16.50/hr.
  • 1 PT position available 24 hrs/wk. 24 hour shifts 9a-9a. $16.50/hr.
  • 1 PT position available 16-20 hrs/wk. 4 hr shifts 7p-11p. $16.50/hr.
  • 1 FT position available 48 - 72 hrs/wk. 24-48 hr shifts. $34,176/yr.
  • Substitutes (flexible schedules) $15.63/hr.
