Patient Details: Patient is a very sweet 30-year-old male who is blind and deaf, with a tracheostomy and G-tube (NPO/no oral intake). He is non-verbal and requires close supervision and assistance for ambulation. Nursing care includes trach and G-tube management, monitoring for respiratory needs, and providing support with daily activities.

Shifts Avail:
- DAYS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 7am 3pm
- EVENINGS: All evenings 3pm 11pm
- OVERNIGHTS: All nights 11pm 7am
Payrates: $32 - $42/hour
Requirement:
- Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
- Tracheostomy Experience
