Patient Details: The patient is a 16-year-old male diagnosed with Kearns-Sayre Syndrome. He is alert and verbal. Due to mobility impairments, he requires total assistance with daily activities. He is dependent on a straight catheter for bladder management. The patient is able to eat orally.
Shifts Avail:
- Days: Saturday and Sunday 9am 6pm or 10am 7pm
- Evenings: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 3:30pm 8pm
Payrates: $33 - $43/hour
Requirement:
- Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
