IT Coordinator
Fully On-Site: Grand Rapids, MI
Full-Time: 40 Hours
This position is fully On-Site at our Care Resources - PACE, Grand Rapids, MI location.
Care Resources of Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time IT Coordinator to join our fabulous team of health care professionals! This individual will help oversee and manage the daily IT-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology systems.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, can work with minimal supervision, and can adapt to a variety of support situations. This position will be engaged in a complex IT infrastructure, including industry-specific software applications and the use of technology-enabled solutions.
Job Duties:
- Maintaining the system by ensuring all computer systems, networks, and software function properly.
- Monitoring performance and performing regular system updates or maintenance as needed.
- Providing Helpdesk support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Providing IT orientation to new staff members.
- Training staff members on new technologies.
- Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintaining records of IT assets, system configurations, licenses, and other documentation.
- Generate reports on system performance, IT support requests, and project progress.
- Ensuring that IT policies, security protocols, and data protection regulations are followed.
- Monitoring for potential security threats and collaborating with the IT team to implement preventative measures
- Participate in the on-call rotation.

- Will occasionally travel to Care Resources - PACE Lowell: 11730 Fulton St E, Lowell, MI 49331
Required Qualifications:
- Individuals must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network management, and system administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP and DHCP.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- On-Call Rotation

About Care Resources
Care Resources operates the PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) at 4150 Kalamazoo Avenue SE in Grand Rapids. Our services include medical care and social services, prescription drugs, medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care, medical transportation, home care, emergency, rehab, and social and recreational activities at the Day Center. To be eligible for the PACE program, seniors must be 55 and older, a Kent County resident, able to live safely at home, and meet the nursing facility level of care criteria.
