Night Owl Extraordinaire: QMAP Adventure
Ready to rock the night shift? Join our team of superheroes in scrubs! As our Night Shift QMAP, you'll be the guardian of resident care, medication maestro, and all-around awesome human being. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure our residents receive top-notch care while having a blast in the process!
Your Exciting Night Shift Quests:
- Be the Resident Whisperer: Anticipate needs, lend a helping hand, and spread smiles faster than the speed of light!
- Become the Medication Mastermind: Channel your inner pharmacist and ensure our residents get the right meds, at the right time, in the right way. It's like solving a puzzle, but way more important!
- Transform into the Documentation Dynamo: Keep those records as sharp as your wit. Your notes will be so good, they'll make Shakespeare jealous!
- Embrace your inner Sherlock: Spot changes in resident status faster than you can say "Elementary, my dear Watson!" and report them to your trusty sidekick (aka supervisor).
- Be the Nighttime Ninja: Move silently through the halls, ensuring safety and comfort for all our sleeping beauties.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- High school or Equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
- Proficient computer skills preferred
- Strong self-management and organization skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).
- Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
- Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
- May have exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases possible.
- Possible exposure to household chemicals.
- Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours.
- May be subject to frequent interruptions.
- Interacts with clients, family members and visitors frequently.
