What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Student Pastor position at Christian Life Center?
Christian Life Center is an Assemblies of God church in the Dayton area with a passion for Spirit-led worship, genuine community, and reaching the next generation. We believe that students are not the future of the Church — they are the Church right now. Our NextGen ministry exists to call students into a real, lasting relationship with Jesus and to equip them to live it out loud. We are looking for someone who shares that conviction and is ready to build something that lasts.
The Role:
The High School Student Pastor leads our 9th–12th grade student ministry with vision, relational depth, and organizational excellence. This is not a program manager position — it is a shepherd role. You will teach God's Word with clarity and conviction, build a volunteer culture that multiplies your impact, partner with parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their students, and create an environment where students encounter Jesus and grow into who He has called them to be.
This role requires someone who can lead from both the front and the side — a communicator who moves a room and a pastor who knows students by name.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Teach
