About The Role

The McLario Firm is looking for a motivated and experienced associate-level attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, trust administration, landlord/tenant matters, criminal defense, and/or guardianships, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. He or she will also be seeking to be an active member of a thriving community and eventual partnership at a longstanding Christian Firm.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in one or more of the following areas: family law, trust and probate administration, landlord/tenant, criminal law, and guardianships (preferred).
• Active license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin (required).

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to meet personally with all clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management software.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client advocacy.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary range: $60,000 – $140,778 per year, commensurate with production.

Schedule

• Standard 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday
