Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using a faith based curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
We are a ministry of Alpha Baptist Church. Our we believe God has called us to provide a safe, loving Christian environment that will serve our community. By giving children every opportunity to grow spiritually, socially/emotionally, physically and mentally, parents feel confident when leaving their children in our care.
We are currently seeking a full-time positions (40 hours/week) working as a floating sub and then our 1 year old class in the afternoons. The hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
