Christian Home Services (CHS) is hiring In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes and communities.

Full-Time & Part-Time 2nd & 3rd Shift positions available- Every other weekend availability is required for all positions.
Full-Time 1st Shift Lead Staff Opportunity: $20.40/hour
Our Full-Time 1st Shift Lead Staff position includes additional responsibilities and a higher pay rate. Lead Staff help provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team while also working directly with the individuals we serve.
Lead Staff responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and mentoring other staff
- Helping ensure assigned responsibilities are completed
- Communicating with supervisors regarding staff and consumer needs
- Assisting with training and onboarding
- Providing direct care and support

We also hire On-Call/PRN employees! Work when you’re available while gaining experience with CHS and being considered first for permanent positions as they become available.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and social support
- Assist with everyday routines and activities
- Help with meals and light household tasks
- Accompany individuals on errands and community outings
- Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities
- Provide dependable, compassionate support based on each person’s needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, dependable, and patient individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful, but not always required
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for community outings
