The Strategic Partnerships Specialist supports Christian Healthcare Ministries’ marketing efforts by managing and optimizing CHM’s sponsorship and partnership opportunities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for external sponsorship inquiries and works to ensure each partnership aligns with CHM’s mission, brand, and strategic marketing goals.


The specialist evaluates sponsorship opportunities, negotiates agreements, coordinates deliverables, and tracks performance to maximize the value and impact of CHM’s sponsorship investments. This role collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sponsorship commitments and consistent brand representation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sponsorship Strategy & Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate sponsorship requests and recommend opportunities that align with CHM’s mission, marketing strategy, and organizational goals.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and customize partnership packages to maximize organizational value.
  • Participate in the CHM Sponsorship Committee and provide regular updates, recommendations, and status reports.


Partnership Coordination

  • Manage relationships with sponsors, vendors, and external partners through professional communication and coordination.
  • Ensure all contractual sponsorship obligations are fulfilled by both CHM and partner organizations.
  • Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables including advertising placements, digital promotions, and event participation.


Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sponsorships are integrated across appropriate marketing channels including print, digital, and event-based platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop and submit promotional materials such as advertisements, videos, and digital content.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all sponsorship materials.


Tracking & Reporting

  • Implement tracking methods to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of sponsorship initiatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify potential lead generation opportunities resulting from sponsorship engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements, timelines, and deliverables.


Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized documentation and records of sponsorship agreements and partnership details.
  • Process sponsorship contracts and purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and ensure availability for sponsorship events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update sponsorship calendars to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.


Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sponsorship management, partnerships, sales, or related roles.
  • Experience working within a Christian organization or ministry is preferred.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Ability to travel for events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry event materials up to 25 pounds.
