One-Time Assignment – Property Preservation Field Technician / General Labor

Assignment Details:Seeking a contractor/field technician for a one-time residential property maintenance and inspection assignment. Jackson, MS

Scope of Work:

• Trim large low-hanging tree limbs encroaching on the house (up to approximately 40’ height / 40 LF as specified in work order)
• Remove overgrowth from rear fencing areas (up to approximately 60 LF / 6’ height as specified)
• Follow lockbox/site access instructions provided in work order
• Evaluate property security and report any unsecured conditions
• Notify management from site if scope changes or unexpected issues arise
• Perform a property condition inspection after work completion
• Inspect and report on exterior areas, interior conditions, utility status, crawl spaces, attic/basement areas, garages/outbuildings, roofline visibility, HVAC/water heater presence, and visible damages
• Identify additional repair or maintenance needs if discovered during service
• Report emergency conditions requiring immediate attention

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to perform outdoor labor and use basic landscaping/tree trimming equipment
• Must follow work order instructions carefully
• A recent background check completed within the last 12 months is required for initial consideration. Candidates without one may be considered for future opportunities once screening requirements are met.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Pruvan or similar property preservation documentation apps preferred
• Experience receiving and managing field assignments through mobile applications is a plus

Compensation:Pay per completed job/work order. Opportunity to submit a securing bid if property conditions require securing services and approval is needed for additional work.
